Colonel Bill Edwards, USA, Retired is a Senior Executive, Forbes Council Member, and co-author of the recently published memoir -- Inside Abu Ghraib. CARLY SCHLEDORN
Carly Schledorn offers over 20 years of experience in the fields of professional resume writing, LinkedIn content development, human resources, and executive counsel. Earlier in her career, Carly served as a Corporate HR and Employee Relations Manager for two separate, publicly-traded Fortune 500 companies headquartered in Denver. In 2012, Carly founded her own professional consultancy and has since partnered with over a thousand clients across the United States and Western Europe. She additionally has spent the past 5 years dedicated to working with members of the U.S. Military and the Special Forces community as the contributing lead writer for the green beret-founded nonprofit, Special Forces Foundation. Carly is passionate about helping others best represent themselves online and on paper and understands the true power of one's personal brand and social media presence in the modern business environment.

ELISE EDWARDS
Elise Edwards is Co-Founder and Vice-President of Strategic Communications for Pyxis Management. Prior to joining Pyxis as the firm's resident expert on social media engagement, Elise lived, attended college, and worked in New York City, Los Angeles, and San Diego. She recently graduated from the New York School of Design and is currently pursuing a degree in Fashion Merchandising at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. Over the past 5 years, Elise has quickly earned recognition as an emerging social media influencer. Based on her tremendous success, she can offer unique insight and counsel on ways to strategically build a strong online persona, optimize market/brand outreach, and drive digital engagement across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter. Outside of work, Elise is an avid volunteer for the special needs community and enjoys helping others.

LAURA GUTZWILLER, J.D., Mediator
Laura intuitively sees and values greatness in others. Believing that each person was created to make a difference, she brings a deep passion for personal and team growth. Laura enthusiastically accepted the invitation to join Pyxis, eager to serve as a force-multiplier for individuals and corporate clients aspiring to expand their capacity for growth and service. With over 29 years as an active-duty military spouse, Laura has firsthand experience with the uncertainties and challenges faced during major transition periods. She is also deeply familiar with the remarkable talent and grit that military members and military spouses bring—and is driven to help gaining organizations recognize, appropriately value, and fully benefit from the contributions that Pyxis clients offer to their enterprise. Laura’s background spans volunteer and nonprofit leadership, successful team building, advocacy, community engagement, business, and law. She is a member of both the Utah State Bar and the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States. She holds a Mediation Intensive Certificate from the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation, as well as Advanced Mediation Certificates from the Mediation Center of the Pacific. Additionally, she has extensive experience as a facilitator for ‘7 Habits of Highly Effective People’ and ‘7 Habits of Highly Effective Families.’ Laura embraces the power of synergy and believes that unity of focus and effort can thrive even within a diverse group. She excels at building unified teams that drive meaningful, long-term impact and is motivated to help individuals and organizations chart their clear, unique course toward success.
